Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with IDLS. Please read our refund policy to understand your options.

This Refund Policy applies to all subscription plans and purchases made through the IDLS International Driver License Application, operated by International Driver License Inc. ("IDLS", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscription Billing

IDLS offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each billing period using the payment method on file. You will receive a receipt by email following each successful payment.

2. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, no charge is applied during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting us at support@idls.pro. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period;
  • You will not be charged for the following billing period;
  • Access to paid features will continue until the end of the period already paid for.

4. Refund Eligibility

4.1 Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable. However, if you contact us within 7 days of a charge and have not materially used the Service during that billing period, we will review your request and may issue a full or partial refund at our sole discretion.

4.2 Annual Plans

If you subscribed to an annual plan and request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date, we will issue a full refund provided the Service has not been materially used during that period. After 14 days, refunds for annual plans are not available except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

4.3 Service Outages and Technical Issues

If the Service is unavailable for an extended period due to a technical issue on our end, we will assess the situation and may provide a prorated credit or refund for the affected period. Please contact support@idls.pro to report any service disruption.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests made after the applicable refund window has passed;
  • Accounts terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service;
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were accurately described before purchase;
  • Failure to cancel before a renewal date;
  • Partial months or periods for mid-cycle cancellations on monthly plans.

6. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade your plan, the new rate takes effect immediately and you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. If you downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time on a downgraded plan.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@idls.pro with the following information:

  • Your full name and account email address;
  • The date and amount of the charge in question;
  • A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. If local law provides for refund rights that are more favorable than those set out above, those rights will apply.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will govern any refund requests related to that purchase.
